Abstract

In this study First of  all to the definition of unemployment and Turkey it is mentioned influential factors on the economy of Afghanistan. As it is known, unemployment is defined as the biggest obstacle in the development of an country. Therefore, it is attempted to introduce briefly the factors affecting Turkey and Afghanistan and the unemployment rate. Research the relationship between growth and unemployment rates between the periods 2000-2016 to result in Turkey's economy and unemployment are shown in the graph using data from the World Bank study. The main causes of unemployment in Afghanistan today are based on specific reasons. The emergence of the Taliban regime by starting with the invasion of the Soviets, the Afghan people being refugees to neighboring countries and the ongoing Taliban and similar terrorist organizations operating as the last, the lack of a permanent stable policy of the state was explained as the reasons for increasing unemployment.
